The 4th lesson in David Banning's series on "Facing Life's Storms". From Luke 15:11-24.

We have a lot of hurting people that grieve over lost children, and it's something we have trouble talking about--in providing consolation to the hurting and understanding to those who want to help them.

1. If you are dealing with a prodigal, you are not alone. It's an old, old problem.
2. It is not your fault. (And whatever you just thought to yourself, it still isn't your fault.) And rarely is it one thing, anyway.
3. Don't ever give up, but consider Colossians 4:5-6 when approaching them.
4. Be willing to go on.
